Oval Mahogany Extending Dining Table – N1085

A handsome and fine quality Edwardian mahogany extending dining table, of oval form when closed, having an arrangement of one large and two small removeable loose leaves, a Joseph Fitter patent winding mechanism, and raised on square tapering legs with acanthus carved decoration and block feet

Condition & Details of Restoration:

This table is in original structural condition and is completely sound. The polish has been re-finished, by our own craftsmen, by hand in the traditional manner. As might be expected there are some old marks and fading, but in this instance all quite minor. The veneers to the apron have some old repaired splits (see detail photograph).
