A handsome and fine quality Edwardian mahogany tripod table in the Chippendale manner, the tip-up top having a shaped ‘pie crust’ edge, raised on a base with ‘birdcage’ upper box section with baluster turned column supports, raised on a baluster turned stem and elegant cabriole leg tripod base with particularly finely carved acanthus decoration.

Condition and Details of Restoration:
This item is in original structural condition and is completely sound. The polish has been re-finished, by our own craftsmen, by hand in the traditional manner. There are some extremely minor old marks underneath the polish; in our opinion the photographs are representative.
